At Skip Hop, we want you and your little one to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return unworn and unwashed items within 90 days of purchase for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label and print it directly from your browser or save it to your mobile device.

• 3.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and affix the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
